In times of professional change we support our applicants (especially within the patent system) on their way to a self‐responsible and clear professional goal setting. Such change processes often lack clarity. If desired, we can conduct a status assessment and a target planning interview with our applicants, thus providing impetus and orientation for a clear positioning and future perspective of your own.
Without personality and social competence, any specialized knowledge is worthless. If there are points on which you would like to work personally in order to position yourself even better both professionally and personally, we will accompany you in an appreciative and competent manner in approaching your goals and implementing them. After an introductory discussion, we will define the desired topics, goals and duration together with you. The results of the agreed coaching sessions will be documented in a final review.
